The hotel's location was convenient for exploring different areas. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a good variety. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The Jacuzzi was a wonderful way to end the day. The free parking and hassle-free Wi-Fi were great perks.

New spa facility with some (costmetic) medical tourism (my first encounter). Beautifully designed and well equipped. Good restaurant. Lovely breakfast. All in all, as good as it gets in rural Czech Republic.

The hotel had great facilities, including a beautiful pool and gym. The meals offered were also delicious, with an impressive selection. The location was convenient and easy to access.
The spa facilities were lacking and the staff were not always friendly or helpful. The air conditioning in the room didn't work well, making it uncomfortably warm.

Very friendly staff trying hard to fulfill all expectations. The place is a five star hotel and despite it is small and not always full, the staff does not cut corners and always offer all services. In the restaurant gourmet dishes for lunch or dinner are on the menu and the selection of wines is impressive.
Spa is a big attraction of the hotel, unfortunately, not all procedures are always available even to hotel guests, I guess due to staff shortage (E.G. massages, manicure) because facilities seem to be available.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. the Spa & wellness centre was an absolute highlight, with exclusive amenities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and full body massage services.
The restaurant was good, but slightly overpriced for the menu offered. the great location and private facilities more than made up for it.

We loved the well-equipped and clean wellness area offering a salt room, Finnish and steam saunas, and a relaxation room. The hotel also had the best gym we've seen in a 5-star property. Additionally, the free parking garage and the location close to the stunning Hluboka castle and many restaurants were really convenient for us.
For us, it was ideal.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with great surroundings near a beautiful castle and a lush golf course. the staff were professional and helpful in a charming restaurant with delicious food. the room was exceedingly clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. They also had an impressive wellness center with great facilities and a peaceful atmosphere. the breakfast was splendid with a vast and tasty menu.
The hotel didn't offer any personal treatments or advice in wellness, unlike other hotels.

Enjoyed the clean swimming pool and the variety of breakfast options. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby castle and beautiful South Bohemia scenery.
The restaurant was overpriced, and the menu lacked excitement. The atmosphere in the bar was cold and felt like a lobby.
